Malace|HR is pleased to announce Zachariah Smith into the recruiting department in our Troy headquarters. Zach’s past experience in sales and recruiting, stemming from insurance and B2B sales will provide an excellent addition to our team. Previously he worked at Aflac as a recruiting coordinator hiring sales representatives. Prior, as a licensed producer, he consulted individuals on life and health insurance options. Malace|HR is excited to introduce his experience into our staff development team as a recruiter.
