I look forward to minimizing all risks through additional assessments for all of our customers.”

“Our staff has anticipated the opportunity to work with someone of Martin’s skill set for quite some time. He has the ability to offer our staff and customers additional insight on how to create safer facilities as well as implement procedures in which everyone can benefit from. As we expand our presence throughout North America, Martin will assist us in providing a value added service that few HR firms can offer,” says Larry Malace, President & CEO of Malace International and Malace & Associates.

Before working with Malace & Associates, Martin worked as a Recruiting Manager with Convergys out of Warren, Michigan. In Martin’s new role at Malace, he will combine his eleven plus years of Human Resources Management experience and three years served as Risk & Safety Manager for multiple Logistics and Health Care facilities, to create a strong relationship with both new and existing customers as an onsite resource to assist in safety training, audits, personal protective equipment, and all things considered to keep employees safe.

Martin earned his Masters’ degree in Training & Organizational Development from Oakland University in 2008. He holds a current certification as a Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) and has successfully completed the OSHA 30 Hour General Industry course. In addition, Martin is working to achieve the designation of Certified Safety Professional (CSP) by March and plans to become an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer by June. “Becoming an Authorized OSHA Outreach Trainer will allow Malace & Associates to provide ‘Best in Class’ safety training,” says DiLoreto. “With this designation we will be able to travel to customer sites, conduct 10-hour and 30-hour OSHA safety training sessions and issue OSHA-recognized Certificates of Completion and wallet cards to our participating customers.
