Byron Trebilcock and Patrick Scally will be taking on new roles at Malace International as the year sets off. With the company quickly expanding across the United States, it’s time to take on bigger territories and no two better people have earned this responsibility. With experience in Human Resourcing and Recruiting for almost 20 years combined between the two, Byron and Patrick are prepared for any new challenges and opportunities Malace International has to offer.
Byron was previously Malace International’s Recruiting Manager before he took on the title and challenges of National Account Manager. The position has required Byron to travel to every new location Malace International has expanded to across the country and help with start-up procedures as well as oversee these locations from start to finish from headquarters. Byron’s had experience in Human Resourcing and Recruiting for over 15 years after his departure from the United States Marine Corps in 1994 and has been excelling in this field ever since. Byron will now be in charge of overseeing all new hires at any out of state office as well as directly working with each on-sight manager and client. He will work directly with sales and marketing for new clients in the region as well as collect data on each new region. With so much knowledge and career oriented focus, his promotion within Malace International seems to be a well deserved move.
Patrick is a graduate from Oakland University with a degree in Human Resource Development. His experience with Malace International stretches over 3 years and his dedication to the company is beginning to show its future rewards with a recent promotion to Byron’s previous position of Recruiting Manager. Patrick started off as a Recruiter at Malace International and quickly learned to take control of many responsibilities. He began in account management, interviewing, follow-up and customer service. Patrick is now responsible in overseeing the day to day activities of all the other recruiters, allocating job orders, and working hand-in-hand with sales. Patrick has earned his promotion by excelling in many skill sets and providing a work ethic that many employees at Malace International respect.
