Additional Team Member Helps Malace & Associates in Future Recruitment Efforts

Troy, Michigan — Malace & Associates is pleased to announce that John Solowczuk, effective November, 2010 will be the newest addition to the Human Resourcing team as an Account Manager at the headquarters, based in Troy, MI.

"I am looking forward to all the ways in which I can assist in expanding our national business developments through my new role at Malace," said Solowczuk. "I know that Malace has a very strong team of HR professionals and I hope that my contributions can bring additional success to the practices already in place."

Before working with Malace & Associates, John worked for Ricoh Business Solutions as an Account Executive out of Livonia, Michigan. Before Ricoh he spent 8 years as a Senior Account Manager at Batton Technical. John has over 10 years in Human Resourcing and valuable knowledge in the industries that Malace is currently servicing. His new role at Malace will include extensive talent acquisition for some of Malace's largest accounts as well as coordinating recruiters on project deadlines and staffing for out of state offices.

John studied at Ferris State for a period of time before entering the Human Resourcing industry. He has multiple levels of experience in Talent Acquisition and is very active in BNI networking groups. John started with Malace just before the holidays and has already made an impressive impact with the recruiting team to date.
