Mr. Malace is the owner and Chief Executive Officer of Malace & Associates and the affiliated Malace Companies. Mr. Malace has over 21 years experience in the Integrated Staffing Services business, and has spent the majority of his career focusing primarily in the automotive, manufacturing, engineering, and logistics marketplace.

Prior to his current role Mr. Malace co-founded International Services Group in 1998, and spent eight years with Cad Cam, Incorporated where he had various roles from Sales to Director of Operations.

He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration Northwood University in 1990.

Malace & Associates has grown from a local technical staffing company with 120 employees focused on Automotive Manufacturing in 2007, to a full service Integrated Staffing Services company with ten regional offices and over 1500 employees throughout the North America.

Malace has been married to Connie, his beautiful wife of over twenty years, and has two children, Larry (18) who attends Northwood University, and Courtney (15), who attends Clarkston High School.
